The Act was designed to fund necessary high-priority State Highway and Transit Projects and State Capital Construction Projects throughout Colorado. The State and DOT have inventoried and prioritized State Capital Construction Projects and State Highway and Transit Projects in order to determine which projects will be funded with the proceeds of the Series 2021A Certificates.
